Within a central octagon, a garlanded sword surrounded by ‘śrī 2 Mahīpatendra Malla 848’ (‘Lord Lord Jaya Bhaskara’ in Newar); within the eight petals around the octagon, ‘Nepāleśvara Rājendra’ (‘Lord of Nepal and Lord of Kings’ in Newar).
